Yalova İli Çiftlikköy İlçesi’nde 30 000 m² alan üzerine kurulmakta olup, valide edilmiş BMS (Building Management System) ve EMS (Environmetal Management System) sistemleri ile izlenen 17 500 m² net kapalı alana sahiptir.
